The BEST tire place! The atmosphere of the business is very relaxed and friendly, and they make sure that if you decide to wait there, you're totally comfortable doing so. But more importantly, they're fast and efficient, polite and courteous, and have good pricing with no tricksy upselling. I've bought tires here and had them checked just for tire pressure; nobody made me feel dumb for requesting that simple service. The wonderful person who helped me today was Kurt, and if you ever get to deal with him, he's an angel. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He's a huge part of why Redwood General Tire will continue to get my business for years to come.

I had problem with the engine with my Mercedes and was cautioned about visiting a dealership. A friend recommended this shop and I drove there .Although it was far from San Jose I am glad I did that . They did a good job and fast and were very courteous... Do not go here! The Tech and the Boss were very rude to say the least. They charged my twice for a job they screwed up the first time. Then after three hours of telling them I wouldn't pay them again to fix their mistake, I was PYSICALLY and verbally ATTACKED by the tech. I don't care how much you disagree with someone, it is not okay to PULL YOUR COSTUMER OUT OF A MOVING VEHICLE!

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.
