He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. Brought my Audi r8 to check for steering vibration the car was diagnosed and Found out it was a rim bend the staff did a great job with the diagnostics. However I never got a call to let me know to return to the shop so the car was just idle in the parking lot. Bruce was helpful he informed that he was going to email me with rims and tires options for the car however I never received the email with the info. Thank you
