WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

I've only ever heard positive comments about J & T Automotive so I decided to check them out. I took my car there for an oil change and inspection this past summer and couldn't believe how fast they were. I just took my car in last monday and again was EXTREMELY pleased with this place and the people that work there. I did need some repairs and they were very detailed with their explanation of the repair and the prices that went along with it. When I picked it up the next day, my car was cleaner than it had been in months and I could feel the difference in the way my car drove after the repairs. Thank you so much for your efficiency and the extra things you did for me! I will most definitely continue to go to J & T for all my car needs!

Highly recommend this auto shop, owner very upfront and honest concerning repairs on your car, I have been going to West End for over 10 yrs. and their prices are fair, I don't take my car anywhere else, whether it's talking about the economy, work, children or exchanging recipes , Petros and Hank are so polite and fun to talk to.

Glad you take care of my car. One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. Thanks Marc

I HAD MY TRUCK AT OPEN ROAD FOR LIFTER NOISE. IT WASN'T REAL BAD BUT I WAS CONCERNED. WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK FROM OPEN ROAD THE NOISE WAS MUCH WORSE AND NOW I DONT DRIVE IT AT ALL. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK FROM OPEN ROAD I NOTICED THAT THE HEATER SWITCH WAS ON AND I TURNED IT TO THE OFF POSITION AND A POPPING NOISE STARTED UNDER THE DASH. IT NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFOR TAKING THE TRUCK TO OPEN ROAD. NOW I AM WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORTATION EXCEPT MY MOTORCYCLE AND IT IS NOW GOING TO COST ME THOUSANDS TO GET MY ENGINE FIXED BUT I SURE WON'T TAKE IT TO OPENROAD. SOMEONE FROM OPEN ROAD CALLED ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT BUT NEVER SHOWED UP CHECK ON WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK. SOMEHOW I FEEL GLAD THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO OPEN ROAD AND 'NO YOU GUYS DONT NEED TO FOLLOW UP OR CALL ME'

I wish I could give the idiots a negative amount of stars. The owner is the leader of the idiots. I have went here for the last 5-6 oil changes. This time is different because now I trust them to do an oil change and wheel alignments. I wait 2 hours for them to complete my services , when they are done I get into my car and leave. Once into my car I notice it’s hesitant and barely goes forward when I press the gas. Next thing I notice is my rear view, everything behind me is white. There is a ton of smoke coming from my tail pipe. I call them and I return heavily upset. This is my only vehicle. I bought it with 50k miles, I drive Uber for extra cash so I now have 220k but I’m always keeping the maintenance done in the car. The car is very well kept. New tires oil change brakes is all I ever change. I basically brought my car here normal and left with my car smoking and not going forward. The owner refuses to acknowledge my concerns. The mechanic who did the work acknowledged my concerns and also that it wasn’t smoking it had any issues when I brought it there but they wouldn’t let him check it out. The receptionist was very argumentative. Wouldn’t acknowledged how I felt about coming for a routine oil change ending with my car needing to be towed away because it wasn’t drivable. . The owner then says it’ll be 120$ to check out the issue that they caused. His also says ‘take me to civil court and let them take care of it because I’m not fixing it.’ I called the police and was told to leave and it’s a civil issues. Please save yourself the time and money in the long run by dealing with a reputable car repair shop. Update : they put 10 quarts of oil in my vehicle and the car only takes 5 quarts.

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living.
