I normally don't ever write reviews, but the experience I had to for this place. Went in for oil change, asked for the lowest priced they had. When it was done and time to pay, they charged me almost double. Said that they needed to remove some other parts to do oil change. I've had this done many times before and no mechanics had told me this. They tried to scam me for more money. I was in a hurry so paid and left. Never do business with these crooks. If I could give a zero on the rating, I would.

Horrible customer service! I was told a 2 hour wait only to find out after the 2 hours they said there were six cars ahead and it would be even longer. At this point I asked to buy the tire and take it elsewhere only to have Richard the manager tell me I couldn’t pay cash and called me a liar and said that Arnold the employee that helped me in the first place never told me 2 hours. I proceed to get upset after they had already wasted 2 hours of my time called me a liar and wouldn’t sell to me because I only had debit for him to flat out say well I don’t even have to sell you anything! No people skills at all will not be going back there again and will tell everyone I know to not go there! And the crazy thing is I even called the district manager Tony and and he proceeded to say that I acted inappropriately and was not even there! So I’m guessing him and Richard must be close. Thanks you American tire for showing your true colors!
