Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service. Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. No labor charge! I highly recommend Schnider Motors for your BMW repairs!!! I know I will definitely return for any and all of my BMWs service.

I do most of my automotive service myself. What I don't do, or can't do, goes to the few places I trust. Harbor Brake Service is a place I trust, and have for years even back in the days of Fred and Wayne Lebsack. Evan -- the current owner -- maintains the tradition of honesty and fairness. He will tell you when something truly needs to be done, and he'll let you know when something can wait. His prices are competitive and excellent for the quality. I've had brakes done, along with occasional suspension work, and it is the absolute only place I will go for an alignment. He will work with you to arrange a convenient appointment, and works fast. Other than being a longtime satisfied customer, I have no connection with Harbor Brake. I consider it one of the best automotive service centers in the entire county. You won't be disappointed.
