Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service. We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. RIP OFF! These guys repair cars like junk. Stay away from this them. They miss numerous bolts and my engine was falling off. Even the battery was not bolted on. They break things as they are going through and do a horrible job. Rather than taking care of the Engine light problem they simply just reset it and I drove off with the engine light still on. If you love your car, go somewhere else.
