Oil change service near Selma, CA

I went to the PEP BOYS in Fresno at 693 W. Shaw. Needed a key for my 04 Tahoe after one was made at the Hanford Pep boys in Hanford which did not work. Your employee on Shaw made the key and took back the one that was did not work. I was not charged for the second key and I thought that was very nice of Pep Boys to honor the products they sell. I'm from Indianapolis and called a number of shops in Fresno to see if they could handle an oil change, lube and generator service. Most of the shops didn't have the room to handle the height of my RV. Mario and his crew did a great job! When they inspected the engine, they saw that the serpentine belt was very worn and recommended replacement. They didn't have the correct size in the shop but went out of their way to drive to a NAPA warehouse to get one. I couldn't be more pleased with the courteous treatment I received from the whole crew. This is the best maintenance experienced that I've had with my RV since I bought it in 2003. Thank you guys and I'll be sure to recommend your shop to all of my family (9 brothers & sisters).

My first time coming to clovis auto shop today and all I can say is "That, is professional work!" I am very pleased with the staff, they are super friendly and they helped me with my car even though I didn't make an appointment. I thought I would have to wait about an hour or two while they work on my car but it only took them 45 minutes! After everything was done they also send me a message with a link on how my car is doing when they did their inspection, now that is something you don't see anywhere. The pricing is waaay cheaper than other auto shops and the quality is top quality too! Really happy with their work and will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to check on their car!

I called to ask about a single repair cost and was immediately treated like I was an idiot. The man who answered began telling me about other things that would possibly need to be repaired once he "got in there". I said that I was only interested in hearing the cost of the actual repair I called about and was told "that's fine if you just want the car to run for half a year". Why would I risk going to this place. I guess I would be an idiot if I went there since he is letting me know upfront that he will be "finding other repair costs". No thanks!

I've gone here before with a nail in my tire and they patched it for free! This last time I called needing 2 tires and my service was amazing. They went lower than the other quotes I got from around town. When I came in and found out that my tires needed to be aligned as well, they ended up not charging me for the alignment! Totally made my day and saved me some much needed dollars. The guys were very nice and friendly. They were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Thanks again you guys! Brennan Miller
