Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. Mark is the man when it comes to repairing BMWs. He is knowledgeable bryond words, sticks to a problem till it is fixed PROPERLY, uses quality parts, is a nice guy, and the repair bill will always be at least half of what a dealer will charge. ONLY BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS MAN. The Wizard of BMW.

Alvin and Paulo are definitely one of a kind. I originally went here for an oil change as yelp had great reviews regarding their service and specializing in Mini's and BMW's. The reviews are true and they provide great service and treat all their customers with integrity. They are not a shop that will tell you your car needs service just to make a buck. They are straight forward and honest in what your car may need and leave the decision up to you. Recently I unfortunately had my Water pump go out. I called A's Garage right away and Alvin stayed after hours to receive my car from the tow truck and even gave me a lift home. Can't say may places would do that. This shop has won me over and this will be where I will surely get all my services from, from now on.

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

OET had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was shocked when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanic.

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! I have been searching for a shop for my BMW after working with some duds!!! CS Motorwerks is by far the best and most honest BMW shop to work with! I wouldn't bring my BMW anywhere else.

We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!
