Very good customer service. Came in for an oil change and had to get some other parts fixed due to age of the car. The mechanic seems honest and ethical. Happy with the service.

We appreciate getting the oil change done when we needed it at a reasonable price. However, I can't give you 5 stars because you forgot to rotate the tires. Whether it was overlooked, or just not done to make the promised delivery time, I don't know.

This was my second auto to require repair service. Sierra Auto Repair solved my problem again and at a very fair cost. The mechanic was pleasant and knew what he was doing, not just guessing it could be this--it could be that. If needed I'll definetly go back again. Thank you Sierra Auto Repair. Pete
