This place is awesome! I brought my car in for a scary noise that I was afraid would be an expensive fix. The owner told me that the brakes another shop had put in my car were really cheap and that’s where the noise was coming from as they had worn out quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me or say there were other expensive things wrong with my car. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Problem solved! The noise was gone and I feel much safer now. I will definitely be going back for any other car need in the future. Plus they have a really nice clean waiting room with coffees and super comfy seats. So happy I found this place!

My step dad recommended I take my truck to Hahn's after I was quoted by a Sacramento shop at $370.00 to replace a part that caused a failed smog check and was quoted $590.00 for a full tune up. Hahn's replaced the part, did the tune-up and oil change, checked brakes and rotated tires for $598.00! Not to mention their front office person Christi was very helpful, friendly, and attentive over the phone. I'm from Sutter Creek, but live in Sacramento and will try to do all my servicing/repairs at Hahn's. I saved over $500.00 dollars taking it here instead of Sac Auto (16th Street) and Hahn's did more than Sac Auto would have. Saved money and got more done! Highly recommend!!

Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... When I was in California Maxat Hybrid provided me with probably the best automobile repairing service in this parts of US. I had some problem with my Prius on last weekend and visited these guys; had a great experience. The team is very good; they take really good care of the car and thoroughly inspect the problems, quickly resolve the same. They also provide original parts and are endorsed to Toyota. If you've got a German Car, you need this garage! John, the owner, is always ready to hear your concerns and his shop is absolutely a MAZE of top-drawer equipment and tools. You always get a real "neighborhood friendly" feel, when coming to Silver Star.

They have the best costumer service and there workmanship is top notch. I have live in this area 20 years and have never felt this good about a shop.

Needed a car badly. Went into Future Ford off Madison to find one. Didn't have high hopes. Was soon approached by JC Rosales and he was pleasant and friendly but made it easy that he had a sense of humor. Looked around and finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a little over my budget but JC made it work. I was so grateful that he made it a good experience. Thank you again and I'm referring him to all my friends and family.

Jeremias took $3500 from me to put a used engine in my old car. Once he took possession of it and took the head off, the game was over. When removing your car and going somewhere else is no longer an option, you have the tiger by the tail. The "cost" kept increasing up to $1800 that I still (involuntarily) agreed to. ($1500 had been my target cost) The last day he told me the final price was $3100, (+ the $700 for the used, untested motor...which was BAD) without my having approved of THAT absurd figure. Many "chores" were charged as separate procedures to jack up the price. Charging hours of labor for motor mounts when the engine is being replaced anyway is one example. The engine had no oil pressure and the "engine" light was on. Smog was due in six weeks and a component was missing. I had to sell the car for junk ($49 at Pick N Pull) and I had to go to court. I won in court but he won't pay. The sheriff went for a "till tap" but couldn't collect any money because he does cash transactions from his pocket. His profile with the BBB and others was not consistent with his past life, as far as years in auto repair, etc. He knows every trick in the book. "If you give this man your ride, sweet memories will die." (slight variation of the Jim Morisson song) I have all the paperwork to prove these comments, from the greed-driven invoice from 1st Choice to the $49 receipt from Pick N Pull. In court he acts confused and thinks I should have brought it BACK to him! I'm actually a little curious to see how high his lack of shame would allow him to raise the price. Of course I regret paying the total to remove my car. I should have let him keep it, but I thought the legal route was the way to go. Well...not so much with this slick operator.
