Fantastic service and really great prices. When there was a discrepancy between the numbers that were shared with me initially, they honored the cheaper price and were extremely helpful walking me through the repairs.

We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!

My overall experience with this shop was just outstanding from the customer service to the workmanship, I can't say enough... The owner Jim Quinn provided excellent customer service and my brand new Honda Civic was restored to it's original condition as if nothing had ever happened. I give this shop 5 stars.

We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

He was quick to come over to get my business to replace my car window...then: He damaged my car and did a bad job of cleaning the glass. The 2 brackets he claimed were broken and replaced, broke 2 months later (He replaced them without checking with me first). He then gave me the run around twice and blatantly lied about the date/time arrangements we made to have him come back to take a look and fix his damage and bad work. My recommendation: Stick to AAA ratings or places with good references.

First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. This is the worst and dishonest place that I had my car worked on. I paid more than double the price to include pre-paint preparation to make sure the paint work will last in areas that I was concerned with. After a few months the paint started to look terrible on the hood of my 1997 BMW 740il. I went back to have them fix it and the uncooperative rude manager refused to fix it and told me I had to pay to have it fixed. It was the problem of my original car's paint job that caused the problem. This is a terrible place to go and another friend of mine also had problems with this place. I am going to take them to small claims court. Stay away from this place.
