I went to Custom Sounds to have my windows tinted on my 2013 Kia Optima with the Formula1 Pinnacle Ceramic Window Tint, i was quoted a price over the phone and i went to there location to have the film installed, when i arrived at the store they gave me a heat demonstration of the different types of film they have, and the ceramic window tint offered the best heat blocking. It took a couple of hours to install the film, and they did an excellent job on the installation, they told me i might experience a little haziness becasus they use soapy water to install the film and they try to get as much soapy water out as possbile, and that it would take a couple of days for it to evaporate and beocme clear; however, i did not experience any haziness on my windows, they did a superior job on the install and i would recommend them to anyone. I shopped around and no one had the glass in stock. Some wanted to order the glass and then send it out for tinting. Not only did All Auto Glass have the hard to find glass for my 1991 LS 400 but, the price was much lower and included installation. The tint was already in the glass and the installation was great. Try this place first to find OEM glass. Each time I noticed other glass shops buying their glass from them. Due to vandals, I am a three time repeat customer. Highly recommend.

5 stars is simply not enough STERLING deserves 10+ on a rating. The people who work here actually care (mike & angela) are extremely professional, caring, honest, hard workers. They fought with a big ins. Co. For me, made sure my children& I had a vehicle, & took responsibility to make sure that at the end day I WAS OK -- & that meant the world to me. The work they Did was superb like new maybe better. Not to mention they have lifetime warranty --You know these days everyone is looking just to make a dollar for themselves mike & angela are different they are truly one of a kind.I definitely recommend STERLING to everyone. If your looking for professionalism, honesty, great work & value these are your guys!!

Came to fix a house window that was broken. Were there within 2 hours and got it fixed that day. Nice workers. Price was good. Would use them again.

I had the I Radio, 2 fifteens and a 1400 watt amp installed in my 2008 Honda Civic, Brothers did a fantastice job on the sounds and cutomer service was great, But the Technicians installing the system did a horriable job, technisians were really sloppy and failed to screw in all screws from the rest peddle, coller from steering wheel and other simple screws that can be done easily, As time went by things in my car started to fall apart, My air condtion lights from the dash had lost power, I recommend that if you have service done on your car or truck, make sure you check all screws are put back in, if not expect for your car to have little thing fall apart or missing. The family owed buisness reps are really great and will recommend the best info, but technichians or installers are very sloppy. They will take short cuts to get you out . I had to come back 2 times before my dash was installed correctly and yet my radio sticks out maybe about 5/8 of an inch. so please double check there work.

I walked in asking for a quote for my damaged vehicle. The guy helping me was the only person working, and the shop looked like a ghost town. After taking a look at my vehicle, he gave me a verbal estimate. I then told him that I needed a printed quote for Lackland Air Force Base's vehicle operations, as the vehicle was a government vehicle. He then mumbled something under his breath and walked away. It was a little awkward, and I was unsure what the man said. I followed the man back to the office when he turned around and yelled, "Get out of here with that shit, take your business somewhere else!" He then slammed the door to the office. Not only was this whole trip really awkward, but the man working was extremely rude. I'm not sure how this dump makes it's money, but please save yourself some time and never go here.
