So grateful - I thought it was the end for my VW Golf and had it towed to Frank. He was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively. I trust and respect him. He is a true professional and lucky to have him here in Vista.

As a new comer to the area i was so glad to have found Autotyme. It is a dependable, punctual, honest and truly reliable place to have your Toyota and Lexus automobiles serviced. Luckily I own one of each of these brands and their care is fully entrusted to the good folks at Autotyme. I am particularly pleased with the honest assessment of the situation and the cost effective solutions offered without any attempt to upsell their services. No doubt, I highly recommend them.

All I can say is that I am pleased. Not only was I able to get in quicker than going to the dealership, I got better service and a lower price tag. Art has a new loyal customer. They figured everything out that was going on with my Chevy Traverse and did it FAST! Thank you for everything!

I've been going here for a bit now since I moved into the area and don't plan on going anywhere else. No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Been coming to Tony for 5+ years. He treats you like family, and prices are very competitive. Cox is the type of place you can be openly clueless about cars and not get ripped off. They gave me a free loaner car any time I asked.

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. I needed a smog, so I went to see Andy at Andy's Auto Repair. I was there Saturday morning at 8am when they opened. Showed them the paperwork for the registration, they quickly looked over the car and I already knew it needed a tune up because it ran pretty bad. Andy jumped on the phone to get me a new cap and rotor, plug wires, plugs and some other small things. Up in the air it went for the oil change, 15 minutes went by, oil change done and up pulled a little hybrid delivery car with all the parts for the tune up, to my surprise they were OEM, can't beat that. The 2 mechanic team jumped on the tuneup, 30 minutes and Andy was on a test drive. Before I even knew it I heard a humming noise and I looked out the sliding glass door to see my car on the smog dyno machine. Honestly I was not there for more than 75 minutes and was out the door with my passed smog for under $250.00 I told Andy simply amazing turnaround, quality and work and most important I still have money for food!!! Andy told me that they were rarely have repairs that are not completed the day the car comes in. You can't go wrong with Andy and his team! A++++++++++++++++

Ryan is an amazing mechanic! Very knowledgable, personable, and honest. I recently moved from LA and have used the same mechanic for 15yrs on my Acura's, so I was hesitant to find a new one in SD. I was so pleased to find Ryan, b/c his approach was very similar to Jay my previous mechanic. He was able to fix my brakes, change the oil, replace the door locking mechanism, and have Hertz pick me up and get me a rental car: all for a reasonable price.
