The Mechanic Josh, although humble and quiet was on top of his game in every aspect of the service and repair. Very impressed with the personalized vehicle service and customer experience.

Great job done. No nonsense. I would recommend this place to relatives and people I care about. I think the gas prices scare people away, but the mechanic is top notch.

Phillip and Michael are the friendliest mechanics I have ever taken a car to. They are all about making the customer happy. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. Anyone with a BMW knows even an oil change can be pricey but not at B and B. Their price for an oil change is unbeatable for BMW owners. Another shop told me I shouldn't worry about my powered convertible top not working due to the age of my car and prices of convertible components. These guys took the time to check it out and notice it was just a switch on the motor that was turned off. They did not charge for me "fixing" my top but could have. I also had a window regulator replaced at B and B for much less than another local shop did the other regulator for and they did it very quickly while I waited. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you go to a shop that charges $100.00 for an oil change or diagnostic.

I had my car towed for no start, and the mechanic called after 20 mints for an estimete and told me the car needed a battery and thats all. The car was fixed in no time and i was on my way to work, They where great. Thanks Guys

ELT #163 is the best shop in the city, hands down. Tnoy and his crew have the knowledge to work on any make and model, and the give it to you straight and without the BS. You will not find a nicer person than Tony. This guy CARES and is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. We just bought a 1984 Chevy RV and the guy we bought it from said the carburator didn't work correctly. We took it to him and he checked it out and easily could have charged us to "rebuild" it as we were convinced it was that and it could cost hundred of dollars to fix. He went through the whole engine and found that it was the vacuum hoses and he replaced them all, and the belts on the 1984 were rough. He said you can get away with driving it like that, and NO PRESSURE to make the decision, but we decided we didn't want to break down on the way to the desert! He worked hard and long on our RV and made sure EVERYTHING was looked at and he charged us what we thought was going to be hundred of dollars just $150 after 4 hours of work! We were there the whole time and he never stopped. If you want someone who is going to treat you right, call Tony! You wont be disappointed! He normally works on cars, but offered to help us out in a time of need. If you need a good mechanic that works on your cars the right way and treats you the "right" way, call Tony!

Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!

I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

Took my 2019 Mustang GT to them after being told the dyno tune and e85 conversion would cost $1,400.00. An hour after dropping off the car my son (his car) was called and told they couldn't do the E85 conversion without a kit and the cost to tune the car would be $2045.00. They said it was more work than they anticipated. They are are called the Dyno Shop but don't know what it entails to tune a stock 2019 GT? Unfortunately my son told them okay and they did the tune. No complaints on the work done. When we picked the car up Hayden, the mechanic, said he would only charge $200.00 to install the flex fuel kit if we brought it back to them. stupidity on my part but we purchased the kit and brought it back to them. Like clock work, they call an hour later and say it will cost $500.00 and we need to bring them a card for the tuner claiming it didn't come with one. My son says okay again and brings them the card. Two days later we get the car back at a cost of $795.00. The tuner was not hooked up only the card was programmed with the settings. He said that would be extra to install and hook up the tuner. Seriously? When my son went to hook up the tuner the card that came with it (the one they said it didn't have) was in the tuner and blank meaning he only programmed the card we bought and never tested the tuner. When we installed the card Hayden programmed it was blocked by firewall issues. I called and complained to the owner (Mark) who was cool other than saying we should have just said no to the price changes and didn't seem concerned about that being a poor business practice. He arranged for the car to be taken care of on a Saturday and said the tuner would be fixed and installed for us in the dash as it is supposed to be. My son took it in and it was fixed however Hayden refused to install it in the dash as Mark promised. $2800.00 bill and that's the service you get... Buyer beware. They can tune cars but it will cost you double the estimate if you want it done by them.
