This is the only place I take my car. They are upfront and honest. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I have never had a problem with the work performed. Been going here for 4 years and I have always walked out satisfied. I would encourage anyone to have their vehicle serviced at Poway Meineke. The work is completed in a timely manner. Will continue to have my vehicles serviced here for as long as I live in the area.

Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did. Align-Tech did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda and it's never driven better. I was wearing out my tires way too fast and it always pulled to the right on the freeway. They also did an oil change and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. I plan on going back to Align-Tech.

As a new comer to the area i was so glad to have found Autotyme. It is a dependable, punctual, honest and truly reliable place to have your Toyota and Lexus automobiles serviced. Luckily I own one of each of these brands and their care is fully entrusted to the good folks at Autotyme. I've been going here for a bit now since I moved into the area and don't plan on going anywhere else. No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

I had the most annoying squeaking noises coming from my front brakes. Elite Lexus service center diagnosed the problem over the phone which was from using aftermarket Lexus brake pads. I made an appointment the same day to have my Lexus brake pads replaced with original Lexus parts. The brakes are now as silent and I don't have to pretend not to hear these noises from my Lexus brakes. I would recommend this place for their knowledgeable Lexus specialist.

Great customer service - I originally bought 4 Winnrun tires in Murrieta and "tested" them on my commute to work - 60 miles. Horrible tire for an Audi A4. Manager at store of purchase said they were similar to my Toyo's. Ummm, no...So I went into the Kearny Mesa location and was greeted by Daniel and Joey I told them my issue and was promptly issued a credit for the tires and exchanged them for a set of Toyo. I love FTS because I can trust them. That's a big thing for me when going to see a mechanic, especially for the first time. They have the most incredible reviews and I got a glowing referral for their services. They lived up to ALL the hype. I went in for an oil change and I got a no-nonsense assessment of what needed to be done and when. They didn't try to oversell me or get me to fix things that weren't in need of repair. I really appreciate that! They also worked quickly and got me in with little notice and completed my service before the estimated time. I will definitely be back to FTS, in fact, I have my other car scheduled for this week. :)

I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done.
