Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Took my daughter's 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage to 5-Points Shell on Beach & Ellis. Service was fabulous. The Mechanic, Mike, fixed an Oil Leak with New valve Cover gasket; replaced all 4 brakes and turned drums, master cylinder, replaced front brake lines changed Plugs, Oil, and Filter. The price was spot on the estimate, and resonable. The people there are, nice, helpful, friendly and honest. I thought this kind of service went away back in the 60's. I can't say enough. Thank you!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great.
