Oil change service near Sun Valley, CA

Mark and all the folks at Preferred Auto are the best. Since i have had a couple German cars lately i haven't been there for a year or two. When i brought in a used Acura for them to check before i bought, they did an extremely thorough check, and though it was low miles, the car was older and needed more work than i wished to do. The charge was more than reasonable, i would have been happy even if it had been 50% higher for the work done. They are always honest and fair and look out for their customers first. They clearly know that is what has made them so successful. THE BEST! Wish they worked on German sheet metal!! Howard Kaplan

Had my 93 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 at Performance Auto and could be happier with the service. The mechanic was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is I'm moving to Oregon and my old girl will surely miss this shop. Kurt Devincentis

CROOKS! Absolutely avoid. I only went here out of desperation, and it was a nightmare. Do not bring your car here no matter what. Crooks is all I can say.

A Godsend. My car broke down in LA while I was on a trip from N. Cal.. One call to Ray, a complete stranger to me, and my anxieties were put to ease. He took my car in right away and fixed it as good as new. Even though he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it, the job was done for less than the original, very reasonable quote. Excellent mechanic shop I finally found to take my Sprinter Vans for service in Los Angeles Much better than dealerships. Nice people, expertise work, convenient location, fair price. No Wonder that they have so many cutomers

Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it.
