Tire repair service near Sunset Beach, CA

I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest. I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. It was a compliment from the store. I was shock by his kindness. I definitely would go back for any tire service in the future. Mar Lau

I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! Brian was really cool and we had a friendly conversation while Mynor was fixing my tire very quickly. Probably the best experience I had at a car service location. Highly recommend! Jose Jimenez

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. They make sure that they take care of you nice and fairly and that you feel comfortable with them so you will come back. And I will def come back. -Jared Wu

Absolutely love this place! We have both bought a car through JP, and take our other MBs here for Service. They do an excellent job! My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

Great service! I was given a detailed understanding of the issue my vehicle was experiencing. With my small budget incapable of undergoing all needed repairs, they made it work. I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.
