They quoted one price once i brought my car to do the job out no where i was ask to pay a biGGer amount?. So i paid keep in mind will never recomend this place never the less go back. Do not know how to put your car back together!!!!!!

We've used Roy's services twice for 2 different cars with electric system problems. He came recommended by my neighbor who is in middle-managmt with General Motors. Both times, Roy gave us excellent service, completely fixed the problems (there was more than 1 each time), and had our cars ready for us before the promised time. This is the only place we use for electric issues with our vehicles and we've recommended him to family, friends and neighbors. They are honest and won't cheat you either. We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.
