I came to Extra Care Auto with a used Toyota pick up, for some suspected engine issues. The crew at Extra Care, truly provided extra care. They took the time to find the issue and explain what was needed and why. They showed me the used parts and what to keep an eye on. It is comforting to have complete trust in a mechanic. I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

When rating something you don't know a great deal about and whose quality is not immediately apparent, like auto repair, pretty much the entire experience is based on the honesty of the person you deal with, and the price. I've dealt with this place twice, and it was absolutely genuine, as well as affordable. Highly recommend.

This place is GREAT!!! Bo and Todd are so nice and helpful. They did not try to overcharge me like some places and I really appreciate that. I'm so glad I've found a good mechanic and I will be sure to recommend my friends.

Had my car detailing done at Mr Detail Plus in Hayward. They did a clay wax on the body and fixed curb rash in few of the rims. Fixing the rims took a bit longer than promised, so the guys did a nice complementary interior cleaning and leather treatment. Great job, reasonable price, and really nice folks.
