Worst engine I have ever ordered. Had to have the head replaced after installing the engine I ordered and the warranty would cover nothing but the head. Out the gaskets and labor. Would give 0 star if it was an option.

Brought my Honda Element in for an oil leak. Other place wanted to replace head gasket, but Rusty diagnosed it to just the valve cover gasket and camshaft end caps. Saved me from unnecessary repairs. BnC seems to be very honest and only fix what really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to sell you or talk you into all kind of repairs. I can highly recommend them and will bring our cars there for any needs in the future.

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs. Expensive, damaged parts, rude, closed early despite telling me he would be there when I came for parts. I brought business to this shop four years ago, and they were nice, inexpensive, and very helpful; so despite recent bad reviews, I still went there. I wish I hadn't. I needed bearings and seals pressed out and new parts pressed in to a pair of spindles. The price doubled since i last went ($25 each in the past, now $45 each). I received a call that the parts were done and I could pick up until 4pm, I told them I would be there just before 4pm. I called at 3:45 to confirm I was on the way, no answer. I got there at 3:55 and shop is closed (shop next door said they left over 15 min ago). When I picked up parts the next morning, I told the guy I said i'd be there by 4pm, and they were closed. HE BECAME HOSTILE, BLOCKED THE DOOR AND GOT IN MY FACE: "I'M A PRIVATELY OWNED SHOP, I CLOSE EARLY OFTEN AND WHEN I WANT TO! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!" Now my truck needs to sit out of commission an extra day since he wanted to go home early. When I told him this, his response was "THAT'S TOO BAD." On top of his attitude, he also ruined seals on the opposite side of the spindle, that should not have been touched, thus costing me an additional $45/each. I would NEVER do business here again, he obviously does not care about customers. I will pay double and go well out of my way to a different shop rather than ever going here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a flat a year ago and stopped by and they fixed it in ten minutes. Did not want payment. Gave them a cash "tip" for their good service.Next two months ago bought four new tires. Called, made appt. arrived, tires on and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Price was right.Today, had a low pressure tire warning. Stopped by and they checked the tires, no puncture, added air and again did not want payment. They have a good attitude and excellent service.
