The experience was fine with the exception of the steering wheel being canted a few degrees to the left which I noticed while driving home. I guess it wasn't centered properly when the alignment was performed. I left a message about it when I got home and never received a call back. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing emergency at home the next day which wasn't resolved until yesterday so I've been too preoccupied with that to follow up. I will likely research other alignment shops and have it corrected. Not happy about it.

Took my car here because I recently had adjustable control arms installed, and naturally, it needed an alignment after. My regular alignment place is located in LA, which was too far to drive with my alignment as bad as it was. Before I installed the adjustable control arms, my car tracked perfectly straight, no tracking/alignment issues at all - I could hit the track and carve the canyons all day no problem. When my car was done with the alignment, the tech told me I needed new tie rods and ball joints (which are getting close to end-of-life but not so bad they can’t be used) and that he did best he could to get it straight. Okay, well my car tracked straight before and now you’re telling me it won’t, doesn’t make sense. I drive that day with my wheel cocked off at about a 30 degree angle, tires screeching every time I go around a corner - just ruining my tires. It got so bad I called back and said they needed to realign it. They agreed and I brought the car back in. The tech that worked on my car this time, got it aligned almost perfect and told me there were bolts that were loose. Well I torqued everything to spec when I installed my control arms, which means the previous tech didn’t tighten the fasteners properly. Great way to cause an accident or vehicle damage. At least the car was tracking properly now, so I left. It’s been around 300 miles and after driving over a lot of rough road in those miles, something started to seem wrong - lots of hopping and clunking from the front end, my alignment is screwed up again, so I pull over. I look under the car and once again, one of the bolts they touched was almost completely out which would have caused a major incident had it happened. Luckily I had tools and tightened it back up (not to spec but at least it wont fall out for now). This has been the most unprofessional alignment I’ve ever had. I’ve never had so many issues with my alignment or hardware than here. Actually I’ve never had issues ever. This place is a first. Two attempts and they still can’t get it right. If you are working on cars, you need to know what the torque specs are for the vehicle you are working on, you don’t just just tighten down to where you think is good and call it there. Highly unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here, especially if you hit the track or canyons. Save yourself time, headaches, and possibly costly repairs from irresponsible techs. It’s Christmas and I now have to drive hundreds of miles with bad alignment, further ruining my tires. Thanks Bear Alignment.
