Robert is a top notch professional. He showed up on time, let me know what he was going to do, and when he would be finished. He even checked with me a couple times along the way to ensure he was doing the work I wanted him to do and did not try to steer me toward higher priced options that he thought would show little to no benefit. I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.
