That piqued my interest. After reading the other reviews, I thought I would give Car Doctor a try. I know my cars histories inside out, as I keep a spreadsheet on their services, mileage when anything happens, etc. I even know how many millimeters are left on my brake pads. I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.

Went to Macy for a transmission overhaul. Went back several times after for poor shifting and was told no problem. Reverse went out and was told 2 weeks to check it out. $ major back surgeries and was still put off where I had to push it backward. Long story short never fixed problem that caused low/reverse band to snap. Got BAR involved and Macy was cited for numerous violations including NO receipts for any parts put into my trans. BAR recommended refund and Macy ( JR ) said NO. Taking them to court next. If you had work done there chances are there are no parts receipts for what they put in your car either. Dishonest company.

007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. Will check back within a week to see if any more problems shows up. Thanks autowerk eurpean definitely my go to guys!

Straightforward, patient and considerate of my ignorance when it comes to cars. Mostly interacted with Bruce, who was very helpful, but the small interactions I did have with the rest of the staff were just as nice. Reasonable prices and a very professional atmosphere.
