I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Neither of these realities pertains to Bill's Quality Auto. These guys are Top Notch. They maintain the highest AAA Standards and the community just loves them. They are so amazing, honest and highly trained that they are THE recommended automotive care facility for The 805 Foundation. Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. I continue to be very satisfied!

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well. I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

I thank my lucky stars for this place!! For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood.
