Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! This is a small store front with a well sized inventory of vintage and newer Jaguar parts. It is hard to find businesses dealing exclusively in Jaguar parts, and I count myself exceptionally lucky to be located relatively nearby (about a 30-minute drive). The proprietor is very knowledgeable and experienced and if they don't have your parts in stock, they can have them in stock shortly directly from the UK. AND they will ship to you or your mechanic if you can't come to them. Highly recommend.

I drive back and forth between Northern and Southern California quite a bit. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.

We have been taking our cars to Clutchmasters for the past year or so and have been robbed. I know sometimes mechanics have pretty hefty charges for minor work but they charged us $125.00 to make a small adjustment to the idle on her CR-V and then it only took them 5 minutes to do this. I had them change my clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder on my focus and they charged me almost $800.00 for this. After 10 months these parts broke and needed to be replaced again, the warranty was only 6 months. They charged me another $517.00 to replace them the second time. When I got my car back from them the second time it was still not running properly but I will not take my car back there ever again. Trust these reviews because Clutchmasters are definitely thieves.

George managed my service professionally. My car needed a lot of unexpected work, but he helped me understand why it was necessary. Thanks, George! The car wash he added for me was a nice touch, though the car wash itself wasn’t that well done.
