They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. The owner's name is Tommy. He's always given me a fair deal on tires and his guys do quality work. I called him one day looking for one used off-road tire for a spare on my Jeep. He said he didn't have anything used, in that size but he would keep an eye out for me. He called 2 weeks later out of the blue and said he had something for me. Then he gave it to me for free. I had forgotten all about it. It's service like that, that keeps me going back to those guys.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was planning on selling in a few short weeks. I let them no that when I brought it in. I said, "I am not going to put anymore money into the car, I am selling it. I only want the oil change". They removed my serpentine belt that was fraying and refused to put it back on because it was too "damaged" to put back on. They wanted $150 to put a new one on. They made me sign a waiver to drive my now "unsafe" car off the lot and were very rude to me.

two complete brake failures by same mechaninc. they fly the ase placard they bullied us and were totallay unresponsive to a solution resulting in my van being in an accident due to no brakes and the second repaired brake job failed all together. improperly installed do not take your vehicle there it is not safe and they actually fly the ase certs there fooling you into believing you are being served by a competent shop. the owner chased y girl and allows his employees and manager to smile and high five his customers who only wanted a refund never to return!

Most of us don't have a full range mechanic on call. You really should write down this contact. Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info.
