Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I had a BMW that showed no oil leaks in my garage. took it in for oil... read more I had a BMW that showed no oil leaks in my garage. took it in for oil change and was informed it was leaking. hmmm nothing on my floor. but to be safe I said fix it. it came back and started dripping transmission fluid on the floor. took it in and paid for transmission leak fix. brought it home it dumped fluid all over the garage floor. told it was a crack in the pan. a bit of going back and forth a Aspen agreed to fix it. brought it home and it continued to drip. I sold the car as it is too much to keep taking it back to Aspen. My hummer had a bad power steering pump. Aspen did great fixing it but now it squeals on cold mornings. Aspen claim it is everything but what they did to it and keep charging me to replace parts that are not bad, but will not look at the pump they originally replaced. did not have this problem until they replaced the pump. getting them to admit it could be bad parts or labor is almost impossible. thought they were good but more difficult jobs cannot be handled by Aspen in my opinion. sorry
