I am a widow and of course my hubby did the car stuff. Now I have Josh and Ryan to help me. What a great bunch of folks. I feel totally safe with them. They don't even laugh at my dumb questions. This company put a clear bra on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Traverse and ... read more This company put a clear bra on my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Traverse and my mother-in-law's 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and did a terrible job on both of them. I gave it just over a week after he put both of them on hoping that the marks and bubbles would slowly go away with the heat and "curing" of the clear bra's and they didn't. The owner came to my house to put on a new complete clear bra on the Traverse and told my wife that he only planned on 30 minutes (and then told my wife he has to reschedule and will call me) because he said when he talked to me that I only told him the hood section needed replacing. He called and left me a voicemail saying that I only told him it was the hood section when I know for a fact that I told him the entire clear bra needed to be replaced because of all the stretch marks and other markings that he put in the bra when initially installed. When he spoke with my wife, he told her that she must have rubbed up against something on the front end on both sides of her car and she didn't rub or hit anything. He then told my wife that he almost didn't do this job because he was told by the dealership that I was so picky and detail oriented which I am. He also said that the longer we looked at it, the more flaws we would find in it and would never be happy with any clear bra he were to put on her SUV and further stated to my wife that he would only replace it ONE (1) time. I called the dealership where I bought the SUV and they apologized numerous times and said that they would make it right for my SUV and my mother's truck and will have a professional replace the clear bra's at their own expense. Before I called the dealership about this, I called and left him a voicemail, and still haven't received a call back.
