My car wasn’t starting like it normally did so I looked them up and thought I would give them a try. They did not disappoint at all. The customer service was great from the moment I walked in the door. They got me an Uber ride home and called back later with the problem. Just refreshing overall. I will definitely return.

I had previously been told by another service center that I needed a part replaced. The mechanic quickly discovered that all I needed was to have my brake fluid topped off. I have since scheduled to have an oil change done in the near future.

I used them to diagnose a 1998 Audi A4 Quattro they said the clutch was going bad and needed to be replaced. Fortunately, I am smart enough to get a second opinion because it didn’t seem right that you would know that fully without doing an in-depth diagnostics you can’t just say within a 15 minute meeting of the car. Sure enough I was correct the clutch is perfectly fine I didn’t spend $3000 with them nor will I spending any more repairs with them. The service writer Kelly was their best service writer and they let him go and replaced him with Ryan, Ryan has very poor customer service skills on the phone and in person he messed up records on me more than once and before they let Kelly go Kelly had to fix them. Needless to say I am an Amsoil distributor I will not endorse Aspen Auto Clinic even with a three-year 36,000 mile warranty I will instead throw my endorsement behind Advanced 4 Wheel Drive and Auto Repair they do a better job and show pictures of the repairs needed versus just having to take the technicians word for it.
