Oil change and inspection
I was delighted to find Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and to receive such pleasant, friendly and efficient attention from Weston and Eli, who made this no longer young novice driver feel comfortable and reassured. They were very good value and I shall be going to Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive for all my auto needs in the future. Thank you, Weston and Eli. Marion Blado.

I was told by another shop that the belt tensioner was leaking at the rate of 7 out of 10. I took my car to Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and they checked it out. They told me is was seeping but not leaking and that they’d keep an eye on it for me. It’ll eventually need replacement but not now. They’re very professional and honest.

Bought a used truck that had a few leaks, took it in for their inspection which was very timely and thorough. I felt very comfortable with the priorities of repairs they recommended. Cost was reasonable, but worth every penny for the quality and care received. This is my 4th vehicle I've taken here and will continue to do so!

This is a wonderful shop! They get 5-stars for customer service! They came twice to pick up my car, and bring my car back to me, at no charge! We have never been happier with a car repair experience I! Mary

5-Star Shop and Experience
I love this shop! I broke done in front of their shop and they came right out got my van out of the street and drove me home. Had a diagnosis and quote for me the next day and financing options to help me out. The had the repairs done in one day! I will be taking my vehicles to Bill's from here on out.
