Honda service near Castle Rock, CO

First, it took almost two hours to get my oil changed. Before they brought my car out they provided me with a list of issues that my car needed fixed, the biggest and most expensive being a new time belt. I was told the timing belt was cracking (I was priced an amount higher than the value of my car). I waited to get any repairs so I could get a second opinion and over night my car started leaking oil. I took it in to another shop that fixed the oil leak and they told me that the cover over the time belt did not look like it had been touched in a while and when they took it off to look, there was no cracking on the belt. Not only did Aspen auto lie to me, they extremely over priced me on repairs and created more issues with my car. I will never go here again.

The service we received at Automaster was excellent. Rick and his staff were speedy and thorough and reasonably priced. They seem very honest and fair. We sure don't enjoy having problems with our cars, but it sure is great to work with someone we can trust! Jon Smith
