Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. I have to say how kind and honest this shop is- I'm not in the same state, but we needed help, it's her only vehicle and it's old. The list of repairs needed was extensive AND expensive, but a common sense conversation with the owner helped us to see what we could and should do - until a new-used car could be found. When a business puts profit to the side - all that's left is integrity!
