Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. They are extremely honest and very patient in answering questions, etc... They are very knowledgeable, too. I recommended them and their shop to another honest mechanic who is local, so that he could refer his customer for jobs that Lowes might be able to accomodate. Women who are wary of 'car shops' don't need to be with Lowes; very, very honest staff! Thank you...count me as a new customer.
