Kenny and team did an excellent job fixing a severe oil leak on my 2003 Honda Accord. I took the car over to Fine Tuned with an idea of what the problem was and the cost associated with fixing it. Go Honda had actually already looked at the vehicle prior to me seeing the guys at Fine Tuned. Kenny put the car up on the lift and showed me everything that was wrong. Honda did not do this. Kenny also pointed out other things that needed to be addressed and explained why. In the end, Kenny was able to do a lot more work than what Honda was going to do and at a cheaper price! The work was completed in a timely manner and Kenny kept me well informed on his progress I just recently took my 2008 Acadia in for Kenny to look at and received the same exceptional service! I highly recommend Fine Tuned Auto!

Horrible Shop The people that were there a year ago are not there any more the people six months ago are not there any more I had the current "Manager" yell at me poor company don't waste your money here go around the corner and visit Parker imports or excel diesel.

Most of us don't have a full range mechanic on call. You really should write down this contact. Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

My issue accured using my cruise control on the highway, as I slow down my rpms started idling, the only way to get it to was to barely tap gas and brake to get it stop. I called Pam asked if she know what the problem was got no answer. I called some places looking for a transfer case, pam finally returned my call said it was possibly the transfer case. She asked why I was going to take it to another shop when she would do it for 1000. I told I had 350 now and I'd get the rest in a couple days I dropped on a Monday a week an half before Christmas. I was told from the shop that it should only take 4-6 hours to replace. I didn't get my truck back until Christmas Eve. So not knowing what was really fixed, I took it to get oil change and they informed me my output transfer case seal is leaking bad and I need to take it back to who replaced it. Call the Pams business number it's temporarily disconnected.
