Great customer service and excellent work!

Sad that one person reviewed this and they have a one star because that was the only review. Jerry took care of me at the counter and they did a great job plus I was told this was a great location to go to by a lot of people in the Highlands Ranch area from a group called Word of Mouth Highlands Ranch Uncensored and they can be a tough crowd. So don't listen to the guy that wanted a discount. Really one bad apple should not spoil this place that would be a shame!

My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.
