I had an incredible experience with Kim. I took my Land Cruiser to the dealer and they tried to tell me my head gasket was cracked. Kim did a block test and some other diagnostics and quickly found out it was only a compromised radiator and got my Cruiser driving again. I can't be more thankful for Kim. She's the real deal.

Very efficient and timely. I needed to replace brakes on my BMW and I was given the vehicle back same day where as the BMW dealership said they'd need it for two days.
