Great Mechanic and Honest
We have seen it all, and we know a good guy when we see it. You have mutual respect, and you see the honesty, the extra mile they went to to really get a difficult job done, and the fair price at the end... And you know this is going to be a long-term relationship. The owner dealt with us personally, kept us posted along the way, and gave us a realistic estimate of the length of the job. Cheri F. Very happy so far
So far so good. I have spoke to several other shops in the area and two of them said they just didn't want to work on my truck. Replacing a cylinder head is too much work for them... The other shops gave some pretty unrealistic estimates for simply replacing one cylinder head. Floyd gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to get me on the schedule the next day. I'm having it towed down to the shop right now. Paul K.

Honest and Trustworthy
Very honest and trustworthy. When other shops gave bloated estimates for some problem with the suspension/steering system in my minivan (which were suspicious), Cooper automotive checked and fixed my car for free since the fix was relatively simple. They could have easily given a big estimate to fix my van but instead they did the right thing by telling the truth and proved that they are honest mechanics.
