Told me to drive it until catastrophic damage happens. Overfilled my engine, broke my wiper arm motor, killed my battery several times, I have scratches from damage done by them in multiple spots. Refused refund for diag they didn’t do. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I was told by another shop that the belt tensioner was leaking at the ... read more I was told by another shop that the belt tensioner was leaking at the rate of 7 out of 10. I took my car to Bill’s Crestmoor Automotive and they checked it out. They told me is was seeping but not leaking and that they’d keep an eye on it for me. It’ll eventually need replacement but not now. They’re very professional and honest.
