I took my car into Lowes and had exceptional service by both Chris and Mike. They are extremely honest and very patient in answering questions, etc... They are very knowledgeable, too. I recommended them and their shop to another honest mechanic who is local, so that he could refer his customer for jobs that Lowes might be able to accomodate. Women who are wary of 'car shops' don't need to be with Lowes; very, very honest staff! Thank you...count me as a new customer.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. We purchased an Audi from a small dealership that did not share all the problems it had. Avalon worked with us to assure auto is safe and running well. I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.

AS usual, I get the best service and personal care at Star Tech. Maria and Sandor are the best. They only fix what needs fixing and the prices are better than any other repair place. I am a customer for life!!
