First, it took almost two hours to get my oil changed. Before they brought my car out they provided me with a list of issues that my car needed fixed, the biggest and most expensive being a new time belt. I was told the timing belt was cracking (I was priced an amount higher than the value of my car). I waited to get any repairs so I could get a second opinion and over night my car started leaking oil. I took it in to another shop that fixed the oil leak and they told me that the cover over the time belt did not look like it had been touched in a while and when they took it off to look, there was no cracking on the belt. Not only did Aspen auto lie to me, they extremely over priced me on repairs and created more issues with my car. I will never go here again.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

I took my jeep here with a groupon to machine rotors and replace brake pads for $70. Walked out with brand new everything for $1145. I've seen similar reviews where they tell you your calipers are unsafe and need to be rebuilt. I had my vehicle checked out after the work was done because I had a bad feeling and they didn't even do the differential fluid flush they charged me $180 for. Also, the guy I had check it out said the calipers didn't need to be replaced and the rotors could have been machined. It took an act of congress for them to reimburse me for the DF flush, by going through corporate. Worst experience ever! Don't trust these guys, they talk like used car salesmen.
