Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

Please do not let the words warranty fool you! This is how Superior Engines has gotten people sucked in. The owner Scott, is actually very rude. He will find anything and everything to not warranty his work. By the way he promises his cars that leave his shop will always pass emissions. He's a liar. Please do not trust this business. He also requires 1/2 money down. A good shop does not. That is just fishy. He has an A with the BBB only because you will get an A if in good faith you try to resolve the issues. So, we're supposed to let him for a second time let him do what he should have done the first time??? For 1/2 of what you paid the first time? REALLY??? If the customer declines for him to do the work again for 1/2 price, they take it that he gets an A and the situation is resolved on his part. Is that right? NO! Please if I can keep one more person from getting taken advantage of then this worked. SCOTT IS A CON MAN!!!!!!!!!

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Not only do they do excellent automotive work, but also the staff is smart, informative, and personable. I always feel confident taking my vehicles to Mancinelli's. I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.

Took a car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up getting a tie rod replaced at their recommendation. The day after the car was picked up the engine quit. Checked the oil at the time and it BARELY showed any oil on the dipstick. Had the car towed back and all they would say is that the symptoms were consistent with oil starvation, but wouldn't admit to ANY fault in the outcome, nor would they entertain offering any portion of my last invoice ($300) as a refund. Very disappointing - I had thought they were better than that.
