Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

The difference between 4 and 5 stars is that when I picked up my vehicle from a routine oil change and we reviewed the excellent, extensive inspection report, I was informed of having one of my tail light bulbs out. I don't recall if it was the turn signal, brake or what... At that point the vehicle of finished and ready to go. I would have considered an action on that light to have made the difference - to have informed me earlier or to have managed the 3 - 5 minute, $3 task as a customer winning courtesy. I believe that I would have done the ladder. Seems like a small thing but it wasn't a small thing for me to spend 10x the time to go to a parts store and make my inadequate tools and skills work out. Not making sure that that little detail that police enjoy to notice is not consistent with the caring good neighbor image of the company. Just saying... Other than that, Jessica is a tremendous asset. The service was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair.

Trustworthy Mechanic
Having brought 3 separate vehicles in over several years and *never* had a problem and always fantastic service I always recommend Pickering's to everyone I know. They are the mythical "trustworthy mechanic"! It does exist! Bryan Lott
