Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. George at Alpine fit me right in and made sure to keep me informed with everything going on. They were terrific. Having the stupid warning light on and having my car running so badly was really a pain. George had me on the road with new brakes and my engine problem fixed in a couple hours.
