I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. We purchased an Audi from a small dealership that did not share all the problems it had. Avalon worked with us to assure auto is safe and running well. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Not only is Nate a repair genius, he's also an honest, hard working, genuine guy. I came in to get a tune up, bearings replaced, front end aligned, and fluids flushed and replaced. He did all of that and also found out where that annoying clicking was coming from. Instead of using a $600 local part, he found the part in Texas for half the price! And instead of just flushing all of my fluids and charging me for the whole shebang, he saw that only the power steering fluid was dirty and only did that. Not only will I come back for my Subaru needs, I'll also tell all of my friends with imports to check with him first. Amazing service, prices, and customer service. Trust me, go talk to Nate before you go anywhere else. I definitely will.

The owner's name is Tommy. He's always given me a fair deal on tires and his guys do quality work. I called him one day looking for one used off-road tire for a spare on my Jeep. He said he didn't have anything used, in that size but he would keep an eye out for me. He called 2 weeks later out of the blue and said he had something for me. Then he gave it to me for free. I had forgotten all about it. It's service like that, that keeps me going back to those guys.

Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Nick was straightforward in assessing the issue, and kept us in communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Urban Auto Care to anyone.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was planning on selling in a few short weeks. I let them no that when I brought it in. I said, "I am not going to put anymore money into the car, I am selling it. I only want the oil change". They removed my serpentine belt that was fraying and refused to put it back on because it was too "damaged" to put back on. They wanted $150 to put a new one on. They made me sign a waiver to drive my now "unsafe" car off the lot and were very rude to me.
