This is a very honest and trustworthy family run business! The shop owner is very knowledgeable and has helped keep my car running in tip top shape at a very reasonable price! They are fair and don't sell you things you don't need on your car like other mechanics do. The front staff is welcoming and very friendly. I would refer this place to anyone looking for a honest and reliable mechanic!

Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.

The owner's name is Tommy. He's always given me a fair deal on tires and his guys do quality work. I called him one day looking for one used off-road tire for a spare on my Jeep. He said he didn't have anything used, in that size but he would keep an eye out for me. He called 2 weeks later out of the blue and said he had something for me. Then he gave it to me for free. I had forgotten all about it. It's service like that, that keeps me going back to those guys.

Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Nick was straightforward in assessing the issue, and kept us in communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Urban Auto Care to anyone.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

I brought my car in for an oil change and was planning on selling in a few short weeks. I let them no that when I brought it in. I said, "I am not going to put anymore money into the car, I am selling it. I only want the oil change". They removed my serpentine belt that was fraying and refused to put it back on because it was too "damaged" to put back on. They wanted $150 to put a new one on. They made me sign a waiver to drive my now "unsafe" car off the lot and were very rude to me.
