Very good work, and excellent warranty on work performed, Personnel well informed, and experienced, always cordial, and ready to listen to customers concerns. Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

My disabled sister, who has very little money, took her car here to have muffler fixed. They charged her a hefty price only to weld the muffler on instead of bolting it the way it should have been done. I have spoken to 3 legitimate mechanics who all said that the muffler should have never been welded, and that this is a shoddy way to secure instead of the right way, which is absolutely bolting it. The man on the phone is SO rude, so rude; in fact, he is a mean horrible nasty man. The minute I told him about his shoddy workmanship and the correct way it should have been done, he just kept yelling on the phone and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He hung up on me, I called back, he hung up on me, I called back (rinse and repeat)...each time he wouldn't let me speak and kept yelling. I called back again, my only intention is to have Mighty Muffler fix their shoddy workmanship and he told me I was being recorded so he could report me for phone harassment; he had no intention of making a right out of his wrong. In the meantime, it is costing my sister close to $200 more to have work done on her car because of their laziness and taking the easy way to fix her muffler instead of the RIGHT way. They fully took advantage of a disabled woman with little income. Worse, they laugh about it and don't have the decency to correct the issue they caused....such a shameful and absolutely horrible business.

I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.

My 1996 Toyota Tacoma extended cab 4x4 with 86000 miles finally needed a new muffler. BDM installed a Cat Back system that I'm getting numerous complimentary remarks about. The shop got it done in exactly the time I was promised. Very professional, courteous,and obvious attention to detail. Take your vehicle to BDM, you won't be disappointed!

Cars aren't secure on lot nor do they care. Car stereo was stolen from my car while on Antillon property.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Do not ever go there. It is the worst shop on town. All I wanted done was to have my plugs changed. Jeep has never run right since. Jeep was test driven before service, ran fine, plugs were installed and test driven, said to be fine until I drove away and the ran very rough. Service manager was rude and would not fix the problem they had create. Do not go there.
