I was told this place had outstanding business reputation. A friend of mine referred me to this repair shop. Now; I've called on 3 separate occasions hoping to get an quote for my back up vehicle. Nobody answers the phone and when they do it appears nobody can answer simply questions such as: Quotes for maintenance repairs, if there's appointments required etc... Basic questions you normally do when you're calling around for the best deal. Who wouldn't. After the 3rd time calling nobody seems to be able to supply legitimate quote. Today Sept. 10th, 2015 called a 4th time b/c my friend said its worth it. I gave this a 1 star b/c they can't even schedule and appointment nor answer basic questions or return phones calls/mgs. How can I expect to trust this repair shop and they can't even do the easy part of the repair(s). They always say first impression is everything...
