These guys are fabulous! They got me in and taken care of with no problem. Everything was explained very carefully and the work was performed on schedule. Today, September 27th, 2017, I went to CTM Auto repair and the owner Bill Blackwell did a great job identifying and correcting the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair establishment.

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Again, I could have shown up to an auto zone, and they would have told me that for free. Next is that advice was "The beginning, and more than likely several more tests will need to be done, and those fixes which they quoted at over $1K may not fix the problem that we brought the vehicle in for. This tells me that this shop likes to "Throw Parts" at a problem and hope that it fixes the issue and does not truly take the time to figure out the root. Stay away from this company, I find these practices and mentality very unethical when it comes to car shops. Fortunately the shop we did end up taking the vehicle to has a better process in place and does not want to nickel and dime their customers.

My wife's car was leaking oil, so I needed a quick fix to keep our family on track. I prefer to shop locally and the Mechanics Garage seemed like the right choice. I was right. Cody fixed the vehicle in the same day, saved me hundreds by fixing the part rather than replace it and honored an online coupon. Mechanics Garage lives up to the statement on the invoice: Everything Auto Repair Should Be. When car troubles return so will we.

I believe I have been with formerly Sundance now Urban Autocare for at least 17 years they are honest upfront about their prices and they are totally awesome. Mary Todd
