Eagle service near Longmont, CO

Well worth the wait... Very busy shop! We had our transmission fail this last weekend. ATEC was not able to get to us for a few days during the snow storm that hit Denver last week. After many attempts we finally got through to them as we found out they had been without power for two day's. We had a friend give us the phone number and we almost gave up waiting to get them to call us back. At first we got upset leaving messages and no return call. We are so glad to get to use this shop and getting to see why so many people are using them. We will be back and thanks to the girl at the front they call her Jes. She kept us up to date with great communications. I recommend this shop and say this with gratitude to them as i could have spent a lot more then they charged to get my vehicle back on the road.

We love this place! The Owner Darnell, always remembers us by name & KNOWS us & our cars! He takes great care of us & does his 'darndest' to get us taken care of & running in great condition on the road as quickly as possible! These guys are fabulous! They got me in and taken care of with no problem. Everything was explained very carefully and the work was performed on schedule. Today, September 27th, 2017, I went to CTM Auto repair and the owner Bill Blackwell did a great job identifying and correcting the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair establishment.

James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Again, I could have shown up to an auto zone, and they would have told me that for free. Next is that advice was "The beginning, and more than likely several more tests will need to be done, and those fixes which they quoted at over $1K may not fix the problem that we brought the vehicle in for. This tells me that this shop likes to "Throw Parts" at a problem and hope that it fixes the issue and does not truly take the time to figure out the root. Stay away from this company, I find these practices and mentality very unethical when it comes to car shops. Fortunately the shop we did end up taking the vehicle to has a better process in place and does not want to nickel and dime their customers.
