Well worth the wait... Very busy shop! We had our transmission fail this last weekend. ATEC was not able to get to us for a few days during the snow storm that hit Denver last week. After many attempts we finally got through to them as we found out they had been without power for two day's. We had a friend give us the phone number and we almost gave up waiting to get them to call us back. At first we got upset leaving messages and no return call. We are so glad to get to use this shop and getting to see why so many people are using them. We will be back and thanks to the girl at the front they call her Jes. She kept us up to date with great communications. I recommend this shop and say this with gratitude to them as i could have spent a lot more then they charged to get my vehicle back on the road.

I went in for a simple headlight issue. They fixed it quickly and I felt the labor and part costs were fair based on my research. The customer service was great, and they have a military discount. I will certainly be back in the future if I need more car help.

These guys, Mike, Steve and as of a couple of days ago the newbie Lance are all amazing, caring and most of all nice and funny and just truthfully and down to earth!... James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.
