I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

They have been servicing our vehicles(major and minor) for years. Great friendly and reliable service, definitely a business you can trust.

This is a very honest and trustworthy family run business! The shop owner is very knowledgeable and has helped keep my car running in tip top shape at a very reasonable price! They are fair and don't sell you things you don't need on your car like other mechanics do. The front staff is welcoming and very friendly. I would refer this place to anyone looking for a honest and reliable mechanic!

Excellent service by Jessica. She spent a lot of time hunting down parts and found it, even when two dealers said the part was not available. The service is a little pricey, but well worth it because of the expertise the whole team displayed. Our was very experience and worked to save us some $$$ on parts and did a nice job and didn't do unnecessary work and explained it (through Jessica) so we understood what was going on. Great service!

Please do not let the words warranty fool you! This is how Superior Engines has gotten people sucked in. The owner Scott, is actually very rude. He will find anything and everything to not warranty his work. By the way he promises his cars that leave his shop will always pass emissions. He's a liar. Please do not trust this business. He also requires 1/2 money down. A good shop does not. That is just fishy. He has an A with the BBB only because you will get an A if in good faith you try to resolve the issues. So, we're supposed to let him for a second time let him do what he should have done the first time??? For 1/2 of what you paid the first time? REALLY??? If the customer declines for him to do the work again for 1/2 price, they take it that he gets an A and the situation is resolved on his part. Is that right? NO! Please if I can keep one more person from getting taken advantage of then this worked. SCOTT IS A CON MAN!!!!!!!!!

Very good work, and excellent warranty on work performed, Personnel well informed, and experienced, always cordial, and ready to listen to customers concerns. Been a customer for some time and highly recommend them. You may get better price somewhere else but you may not get quality work, as you will here.

Since then, Alternative Autoworx is the ONLY place we taken our now Forester and Ford F150 to. Finding - and staying with - a great mechanic is like going to the doctor, they keep a record of everything they do so they know about your vehicle. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest about telling you what needs work now and what you should consider down the road. Been very good about quick attention when I've had to tow a car in. Reasonable prices and great service - the Alternative to dealers. (I know it sounds like I work there, or am related, but no)

Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info. This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
